Create a Meeting¶
Schedule professional meetings with other RU4M users. Set the title, time, location, and invite guests.
Prerequisites¶
- A registered RU4M account
- At least one connection or know the user you want to meet
Steps¶
1. Tap the create button¶
On the Calendar screen, tap the + (plus) button to start creating a new meeting.
2. Enter meeting title¶
Type a descriptive title for your meeting.
3. Select date and time¶
Choose the date and time for your meeting using the date/time picker.
4. Add guests¶
Search for and add RU4M users as meeting guests.
5. Search for users¶
Type a name to search for users to invite. Select the users from the results.
6. Set meeting location¶
Optionally, type a meeting location to help attendees know where to meet.
Meeting Location
You can type any address or venue name. This helps your guests find the meeting point.
7. Create the meeting¶
Tap Create to confirm and send invitations to all guests.
After Creating¶
- Invited users will receive a notification about the meeting
- The meeting appears on your calendar and each guest's calendar
- Guests can accept, decline, or propose a different time
- You can communicate with guests via the meeting chat
