Manage Meetings¶
View meeting details, respond to invitations, propose new times, and chat with meeting participants.
Prerequisites¶
- An existing meeting (either created by you or received as an invitation)
Viewing Meeting Details¶
1. Open a meeting¶
Tap any meeting on your calendar to see its details.
The meeting detail screen shows:
- Meeting title
- Date and time
- Location (if set)
- List of invited guests and their response status
- Meeting chat
Responding to Invitations¶
2. Accept or decline¶
When someone invites you to a meeting, you'll see Accept and Decline buttons.
- Accept — The meeting is added to your calendar and the organizer is notified
- Decline — The organizer is notified that you can't attend
3. Propose a new time¶
If the scheduled time doesn't work for you, you can propose an alternative time instead of declining.

Proposing a new time shows the organizer you're interested but the timing doesn't work. It's a more constructive response than simply declining.
Meeting Chat¶
4. Chat with participants¶
Each meeting has a built-in chat where you can discuss details, share information, or coordinate logistics.
Editing a Meeting¶
If you're the meeting organizer, you can:
- Change the title, time, or location
- Add or remove guests
- Cancel the meeting
Changes will notify all participants automatically.
