Tickets & QR Codes¶
Access your event tickets and use QR codes for check-in at events.
Prerequisites¶
- Registered for an event that requires tickets
Viewing Your Ticket¶
1. Open the event¶
Navigate to the event you're attending from the Events tab.
2. View your ticket¶
Tap the My Ticket section to see your ticket details.
3. Show QR code¶
Your ticket includes a QR code for event check-in. Show this code at the event entrance.
Brightness
Increase your screen brightness before showing the QR code for faster scanning.
For Event Organizers: QR Scanner¶
If you're an event organizer, you can scan attendee QR codes for check-in.
1. Open the scanner¶
Access the QR scanner from the event management tools.
2. Scan a ticket¶
Point your camera at an attendee's ticket QR code. The scanner will verify the ticket and show the check-in status.
Camera Permission
The QR scanner requires camera access. Grant permission when prompted.
