Account Management¶
Manage your RU4M account settings including password changes, account information, and account deletion.
Prerequisites¶
- A registered RU4M account
Account Settings¶
1. Open account settings¶
Navigate to Settings > Account.
Changing Your Password¶
If you registered with email, you can change your password:
- Go to Settings > Account > Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password and confirm it
- Tap Save
Password Requirements
Password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number, one special character, and one uppercase letter.
Deleting Your Account¶
Permanent action
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, connections, and chat history will be permanently removed.
2. Request account deletion¶
Tap Delete Account in your account settings.
3. Confirm deletion¶
Read the warning carefully and confirm your decision.
4. Account deleted¶
Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You'll be signed out and your data will be removed.
Signing Out¶
To sign out of RU4M:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap Sign Out
You can sign back in anytime with your credentials.
